As part of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) action for sustainable development, a training course was organized by Albatross for AXA Group on November 9, 2023.
AXA employees and agents received training from our two volunteers in the educational garden at the Albatross site in the Loire. After a presentation on soil and trees by Florent Tatin, a discovery of the park with an introduction to mushrooms was organized by mycologist Martine Régis-Gianas.
This AXA CSR training course is part of a cycle that will continue in 2024 with presentations on permaculture.
This CSR training is part of the “Train- the- trainers” development mode, with AXA participants committing themselves in return to training young people either in their families or in nearby schools/clubs.
