Ghislaine Bouillet-Cordonnier, a member of the Paris and New York bars and founder of the Albatross Foundation, a non-profit association for education in sustainable development, published a book entitled “Pactes d’actionnaires et privilèges statutaires” (Shareholders’ Agreements and Statutory Privileges) in September 2020 at Editions EFE.
This book is an innovative project based on his doctoral thesis in law with an update by 2 law professors, a legaltech giving access to models through a QR code and a preface written by the Bâtonnier de Paris. His royalties will be dedicated to the financing of Albatross Foundation.
For this initiative, Ghislaine Bouillet-Cordonnier won the ProBono 2020 Trophy of the Paris Bar.
