What is the urban water cycle?
Every day we use water for our daily tasks. Washing, using the toilet, washing dishes or drinking are all activities that require drinking water and generate wastewater.
For example, every time we flush the toilet or take a shower, waste water leaves the house to undertake a long journey.
This trip is two parts:
– where does the wastewater go?
and
– where does the drinking water come from?
