Rhodia Energy in Minhang district (Shanghai) & Wuhan (Hubei) & France (Lyon / Paris). The Train-the-trainer program was organized by Albatross trainers with Rhodia employees. The training with the employees was structured in a playful and interactive way (e.g. story games, quiz), followed by a rehearsal with the employees themselves.
Part of the training involved exposing staff to specific techniques for teaching young elementary school children.
During the second part of the program, Rhodia employee trainers provided Albatross training and donated books to children in elementary school surrounding Rhodia’s plants.
