Train the Trainer

The Train-the-trainer program was organized in Shanghai by Albatross ambassadors with the 50 HR managers of Auchan stores in China. The session consisted of interactive learning and discussion about our current production and energy system. 77 employee volunteers of ADEN Services in 4 cities (Suzhou, Shanghai, Changshu, Kunshan) participated in the family day program with outdoor and indoor activities, smart interactive games, green gifts and educational books from Albatross Foundation.

Arkema’s employee volunteers received Train-the-trainer training from Albatross Foundation trainers at Arkema’s Shanghai office. Arkema also donated Albatross books on the environment to the children, and Arkema volunteers provided the children with green education to enhance their environmental literacy in a fun and interactive way. For the 1st anniversary of Albatross, students and staff of the Eastern Tibet Training Institute were among the 5 NGOs trained in Shangri-la, Yunnan. The Albatross Foundation team organized a special green curriculum training. Volunteers received training on environmental and sustainable development issues. At the end of the training, the volunteers each received a Green Trainer diploma. These dîplomes printed on stone paper are rot-proof. For Earth Day 2012, volunteer training was conducted with the United Nations Environment Program,
